Crowborough May Day Festival

The festival celebrated Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, who lived in Crowborough. His novel 'The Lost World' tells the exciting tale of explorer Professor Challenger and is set in a hidden world, high on a seemingly inaccessible and hostile plateau, populated by prehistoric tribespeople and dinosaurs, somewhere in South America - enter Bloco Fogo with our samba sounds of Latin America!

It was a pity the weather didn't play along and give us blue skies and hot sunshine :-(

Warning: Don't look too closely as there may be a few paint runs to be spotted ;-)
