The start of a mad dash across Sussex and Kent with two gigs in the same day in different parts of the South East. High Hurstwood fete is the quintessential English fete with a smattering of tombola, cake and plant stalls all gathered around a central arena. We led the short procession in and paraded around the field before the fete was officially declared open, before playing again in the centra arena. Lovey event and a warm reception for us from the wonderful crowd. Great cake too!
