Have you got what it takes?
No prior experience required (though some can be helpful!). We'll provide you with all the drums and equipment you'll need. If you're committed to the following, we'd love to hear from you!
Enjoying plenty of fun in a welcoming learning atmosphere
Maintaining a strong level of energy and fitness
Demonstrating a solid sense of rhythm
Mastering basic choreography with ease
Regularly attending weekly rehearsals
Participating frequently in gig performances
Our rehearsals take place on Wednesday nights from 19:30 to 22:00 at Mascalls Academy, Maidstone Road, Paddock Wood, Kent TN12 6LT (UK).
Join our new intake group for beginners and start your samba journey! Our next intake begins in September 2025, but for those who are interested in our beginners' workshops, we've arranged a taster session in July.
The first three sessions are free, so don't hesitate to register your interest below. Within weeks, you'll learn a groove and perform it with the rest of the band. Over the next few months, you'll continue to learn and rehearse as a group while integrating into the main band.
If you're an experienced samba player, drummer/percussionist/musician, get in touch with us to find out if you can join the main group directly.
